Bestival:
The Bestival Festival is an annual summer festival held in the Isle of Wight, a place that is full
of natural beauty and its record for more carnivals per capita than anywhere else in the UK.  
Organised by Radio 1's Rob Da Bank and presented by his record label Sundays Best this festival has
its unique features such as a large selection of vegetarian foods, secret stages and it's fancy dress
themed days.
Bestival has won the best medium sized festival 3 years running from 2005 to 2007 at the UK Festival
Awards.

When: 9th - 12th September 2010.

Creamfields: The Creamfields Festival 2010 takes place in the heart of the idyllic Cheshire countryside
on August Bank Holiday weekend (28th and 29th).  Run by clubbing brand Cream, this bank holiday
festival features a host of DJ's and live acts.

Download: The Download Festival is an annual 3 day rock festival that takes place at Donington Park.  
Promoters Live Nation manage the festival.

Get Loaded in the Park:  Get Loaded in the Park takes place as per usual at Londons favourite August
bank holiday weekend park, Clapham Common!  
Sold out year after year, Get Loaded in the Park continues to deliver a stellar lineup along with an
amazing sound and light production.  
Along with sister festival South West Four, these two festivals make up the huge London Bank Holiday
weekend.

Glastonbury: Glastonbury festival is the largest and most well known greenfield music and performing
arts festival in the world.
If you have not been to Glastonbury you have not experienced the true atmosphere of a festival, this is
truly a weekend you will not forget.  
With the numbers of festival goers over 170,000, this festival is beyond any other festival in the world,
with hundreds of acts and so many stages there is definitely something here for everyone.
Sold out year after year and going from strength to strength, Glasto (as its sometimes know as) always
brings together the best artists from around the 4 corners of the globe.

Global Gathering: One of the largest dance orientated festivals in the world, Godskitchen Global
Gathering goes from strength to strength each year, delivering the best of the best from the world's
electronic music scene.  
This worldwide festival has travelled all corners of the globe and played host to a number of rock, pop
and dance artists.  
You can find the likes of Tiesto, Paul Van Dky, Armin van Burren, Ferry Corsten, Above and Beyond and
many many more acts playing the festival year after year.

Isle of Wight festival: The Isle of Wight festival takes place where else but on the magical Isle of Wight.  
One of the earliest festivals starting up in the 1970's the Isle of Wight festival continues to draw festival
goers from all around the world to the small island just off the UK.  Award winner of the Best Major
Festival in 2006 at the UK Festival Awards, this is one festival you do not want to miss!

The Reading and Leeds: Both festivals are annual music festival that take place in Reading and Leeds.
 
The events run simultaneously on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday, sharing the same acts.
The festivals showcase the best of all music genres from Rock, Alternative to Hiphop, Dance and
Underground.
With tickets selling out to both festivals well in advance, punters still have the opportunity to purchase
tickets through the secondary market here.

South West Four: Or SW4 as its most commonly known as, is Londons premier August Bank Holiday
weekend festival.
With thousands upon thousands of electronic music fans decending on Londons famous Clapham
Common grounds, SW4 serves up a quality lineup of top notch electronic acts year after year.
This years festival takes place on the Saturday of the August Bank Holiday, with Sunday hosting SW4's
sister festival Get Loaded in the Park.
This festival is a must for all electronic music fans that are in London during the August Bank Holiday
weekend.

T in the Park festival: TheT in the Park festival is one of Scotlands premier summer music festivals,
located in the grounds on Balado, Kinross-Shire, T in the Park is a 3 day weekender event showing the
best artists from around the world.
This years T in the Park festival  boasts a killer lineup.  
The campsite will be open from Thursday so arrive early to pick out the best pitch for your weekend
stay.  
Tickets for Thursday camping can be purchased directly from Ticketmaster.

V Festival: V Festival is Englands first festival to be held simultaneously at two different sites, Hylands
Park in Chelmsford and Weston Park in South Staffordshire.
V standing for Virgin Group are the major sponsors of the festival which never fails to deliver a stellar
lineup year after year.  Although predominantly a rock festival, V is known to play host to some of the
biggest pop, rap and hiphop stars from around the globe, artists such as Kayne West, N.E.R.D and
Girls Aloud.
Sold out year after year, this festival is not one to be missed!

The Wireless Festival: (previously O2 Wireless Festival) takes place in London's Hyde park.  Started in
2005 Live Nations Wireless Festival hosts a number of premier acts from all music genres.
