The new published edition of the online Guide, with many additional features, highlighted below, will be published in July/August 2008. We hope to distribute it via many good high street bookshops, as well as via this site and other reputable dealers.

Looking at the potential for the future and also at the environmental impact of implementing them, this guide will help you understand the array of technologies available. Also includes details of small renewable energy systems for the home and available grants and fundings.
• An ecological footprint calculator which can be used to calculate your impact on the environment. Can be used time and again to constantly reassess your developments.
• The Guide. This will be laid out in a simple and easy to use way. Designed to be dipped into at any time, it will be laid out similarly to the online version, in alphabetical order. With a detailed summary of categories and index pages, it is simple to go directly to the category or sub-category you need without wasting any valuable time.

Overall, The Realist's Guide To Green Living 2008 will be a highly conclusive, and detailed guide to green and ethical living, highlighting different ways to live a more environmentally responsible life, in a cost-effective and realistic way. It includes a guide to green and ethical businesses, organisations and charities in the UK, enabling anyone to dip into it and find a provider for the products or services they want, that won't cost them the earth. Literally.

We are looking at a possible purchase price of £8.99. Of course this is subject to print and distribution costs etc.. but we aim to keep it below the £10 mark. We will know a definite price by the end of April, ensuring that you have plenty of time to save those pennies before it is published :)
